If a practice is onboarded, AidFlow may process information related to patients, medical aid membership, dependants, visits, claims, claim responses, rejections, reversals, payments, shortfalls and billing visibility, depending on the agreed service scope.

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, understand practice requirements, provide platform access, support billing workflows, manage claims-related processes, provide billing visibility and communicate with the practice.
